Authorization for E-Filing Access and Changes: By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you authorize agents of Revenue Bridge and any designated representatives under the supervision of Revenue Bridge to access your e-filing account for the purpose of making necessary changes. This authorization complies with the provisions outlined in the Tax Administration Act, 2011 (Act No. 28 of 2011), which allows authorized practitioners to act on behalf of taxpayers in matters relating to tax submissions and filings.

Approval Requirement for Submission: You acknowledge that while Revenue Bridge is authorized to make submissions of your tax returns, you reserve the right to approve each transaction occurring within your portfolio. In accordance with the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 2002 (Act No. 25 of 2002), all transactions made on your behalf require your explicit written confirmation before submission to the South African Revenue Service (SARS).

Non-Involvement in Refund Distribution: Revenue Bridge confirms that they do not hold any ownership stake in any potential tax refunds that may be issued by SARS. This aligns with the Income Tax Act, 1962 (Act No. 58 of 1962), which governs the distribution of tax refunds to taxpayers directly. Any refunds issued by SARS will be credited directly to your designated account without any involvement or claim from Revenue Bridge

Limitation of Liability: You understand and agree that Revenue Bridge shall not be held liable for any liabilities or obligations that may arise subsequent to the submission of your tax returns to SARS. This includes but is not limited to tax assessments, penalties, or interest charges imposed by SARS. The limitation of liability is consistent with the provisions outlined in the Tax

Administration Act, 2011 (Act No. 28 of 2011), which delineates the responsibilities of taxpayers and tax practitioners.
